• Marketing creatives
• Final deliverables

Once approved, Ignite Media is not responsible for later modifications unless included in the agreement.

• Payments must be completed according to the agreed invoice or package.
• Projects may require advance payment before work begins.
• Delayed payments may affect delivery timelines.
• All payments are non-refundable once work has started unless otherwise agreed.

Revision limits may vary depending on the selected package or agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may involve extra charges.

Estimated delivery timelines are shared before project initiation. Delays caused by missing client materials, late responses, or approval issues are not the responsibility of Ignite Media.

Clients must provide:

• Required content
• Brand assets
• Login access (if needed)
• Project instructions
• Timely feedback

Final approved deliverables become the client's property after full payment completion unless otherwise stated.

Ignite Media reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, social media, or promotional materials unless confidentiality is requested in writing.

Our services may involve platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, or external tools. Ignite Media is not responsible for:

• Platform outages
• Algorithm changes
• Account restrictions
• Third-party policy updates

Marketing and growth results may vary based on:

• Industry
• Audience
• Competition
• Budget
• Platform algorithms

Ignite Media does not guarantee specific revenue, follower growth, engagement, or business outcomes.

Ignite Media reserves the right to terminate or refuse service for:

• Abusive behavior
• Fraudulent activities
• Violation of agreements
• Misuse of services

Users may not:

• Copy website content without permission
• Misuse brand assets
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Use the website for unlawful purposes
